Rot ist das Blut und köstlich die verbotene Frucht. RedDelicious ist ein Apfel und eine OneManPsychedelicBand.
Er hat schon einige gute Platten gemacht! Und jetzt gibts "Things Fall Apart" bei Star Out Records. Yeah!
Mehr raue Gitarren und etwas düstere Melancholie ziehen sich durch das neue, schwarze Album.
Auch hier sind die 60ties, die britischen 60ties das Fundament. Diese Reminiszenz erinnert in bester Manier an Tame Impala oder Brian Johnstown Massacre. Gute Melodien - und ehrlich, ist das nicht das wichtigste? - lockere Instrumentierung der Backing Band, in der bestimmt jeder ein Tamburin spielen kann, Spiel- und Experimentierfreude für das gewisse Extra hier und da und zwischendurch.
Das Album ist sehr rund, ein Lied folgt dem Nächsten: Eine Träumerei, einem Weinen, ein Weinen, einem Liebesbrief. Und auf einem wolkigen Bett fliegen wir durch das Land. Obwohl es düster scheint, versprüht es Gelassenheit und Frieden. Ich kann nicht genau erklären, wie das geht. Aber man muss nicht alles erklären.
